Demos like Project gotham racing are already over 1 Gb and most 360 games are like 3Gb to 4Gb so if they compress it and bring in background downloading I dont see this an issue. But I read somewhere that xbox 360 is capable of downloading a 4Gb file max. So over that and it will have to be broken into pieces and then downloaded, which is good just incase the file is corupted you can just re-download a little chunk instead of the whole thing.
