First, you can download content from the Xbox Live Silver package. Is your question of how they will transfer the accounts from your first Xbox to the new one? I would think that all you need is an etherent cable to hook up both the old Xbox to the Xbox 360. Or just using the Retrive Account option I see on my Xbox dashboard on the Xbox 360.
