Microsoft's number is 1-800-4myxbox. Mine died a few weeks ago, 3 red blinking lights, and i sent it back in. Well i got a new one back on thurs. plugged it in again and BAM! the 3 red lights are back. So i called microsoft back and they told me to check my power supply. They now think the problem is my power supply. The big box on the power cable has a light on it that should be green when a game is playing. My light turns green for a few seconds and then turns yellow again. They claim this light should be green even if your xbox malfunctions and you get the red lights. They are sending me a new power supply hopefully this fixes the problem. When i sent my xbox in i got to keep my HD so i didnt lose any of my progress.
