Until the developers start using the architecture to its fullest on the 360, the Rev would be able to keep up.
Keep up for maybe year or so, then the 2000-ish hardware in the Rev. will fall behind, way behind, especially with HDtv being mandated in the US at the end of 2008. Eventually, the Rev. will be graphically outdated, and the most notable redeeming factor will be the innovative controller with (hopefully) superior gameplay. No doubt they have time to improve upon Red Steel, and make other games look next-gen, but the full graphic capabilities will be exposed sooner, rather than later.
