I was in the fighters, mage and thieves guild. I was in the middle of nowhere riding on my horse to a shrine location when one after another I got a message saying I've been kicked out of all 3 of the guilds. I guess I'll go back and just do the fighters because I was a swordsman with them and forget the other 2 until I am fighter's guild master or save them for another character. Now to find 20 bear pelts...
