Well as someone said SWOT stands for Strenghts Weakenesses Opurtunities Threats, I took this in business class basically assess your product using this, what are the strenghts, what are the weakenesses, etc.. Weaknesses could be Japan, Opurtunities can be Germany (hence liepzig game conference) and Japan, stuff like that. This could be the scedule of the SWOT team. And the varying standards seems to me to say multiple SKUs, one standard for the casual gamer, and the other for the hardcore gamer, we have different standards.
