Bytheway my TV is 43inch so its no that noticable. If I had like a 50+ I would leave it at 1080i since the interacanced picture is still at a higher resolution than the 720p even though you are only see half the picture every 1/60th of a second. (By half I mean even lines then odd lines) | That is a fair point. It was an issue when I used the Component cable to my TV, but now I use the VGA. This allows me to get my native res (1360x768) and it just looks incredible. PGR is still a disappointed, since the game wasn't rendered at 720p in the first place. I have heard of a few reasons why this was the case (i.e. the 10Mb D-RAM buffer on the GPU didn't allow a full 720p image to be rendered at once) but lets leave speculation alone, and just look forward to the mouth-watering games that will be gracing the 360 very soon. MotoGP 06 anyone? |
