Ok I just emailed them about changing my gamertag heres a copy of the message

I currently have a live account and will be transfering it when the Xbox 360 comes out but I would like to change my gamertag is this possible without canceling my subscription ?

I doubt they'll respond microsoft are a huge company so they'll be to busy to respond to a email.
