I was just reading over my Halo novels and i really liked em. i learned alot about the Halo universe and about John Spartan 117 AKA Master Chief. And just for people who dont know a Spartan in the 26th century were Enhanced super soldier, from enhanced bone structure to, to muscle enchanments, to increased eye sight. They wear there MJONIR armor (which master chief wears in the games). And REACH is a planet where all the Spartans from the SPARTAN ll project where trained.
OK, so first ill tell you people about Master Chief and his destiny to become the savour of humanity.

The SPARTAN ll project was made after a few encounters with the Covenant. They started the SPARTAN ll program about 20 years after the first contact. There was a SPARTAN l project before covenant contact, but they just cloned a bunch of kids, and it didnt work.

MC had two best friends from his training days. Kelly and someone else, i think it was Sam but i might be mistaken. On one of there first real missions Sam was killed by covenant forces, but soon after that mission Halsey made better armor that had the generating sheilds which was new at the time.
Master Chief was at school one day at recess on the Planet of Eridanus 2 (Earth was over populated, so people were sent to other planets, so dont worry Master Chief is not an alien). so John (who was 6 years old at the time) was on the yard playing king of the hill and he kicked everyones ass at the same time. he didnt know it but LT Keyes and Dr. Halsey were examinating him. so he was taken to the PLANET of REACH to be in the SPARTAN ll program. So long story short he was trained shooting wise, and sent on training missions gun less around the age of nine. then when he was older they faced covenent attacks.
After watching the Halo Documentary some body from Bungie said "In Halo 3 all the questions from Halo one will be answered".

Master Chief was at school one day at recess on the Planet of Eridanus 2 (Earth was over populated, so people were sent to other planets, so dont worry Master Chief is not an alien). so John (who was 6 years old at the time) was on the yard playing king of the hill and he kicked everyones ass at the same time. he didnt know it but LT Keyes and Dr. Halsey were examinating him. so he was taken to the PLANET of REACH to be in the SPARTAN ll program. So long story short he was trained shooting wise, and sent on training missions gun less around the age of nine. then when he was older they faced covenent attacks.

So the one thing i want to know about is the remaining Spartans from the SPARTAN ll Project.

I would like to also know more about Cortana. If you are going to read the books, do not read the rest of this paragraph because its kinda a spoiler for Halo: The Fall Of Reach. Dr. Halsey was one of the main people involved in the SPARTAN ll program. Dr. Halsey didnt want to become to loving or attached to the kids because she knew about half of them were going to die. She was close to some kids though including John, but she wasnt really really close until MC got a little bit older. So once Reach was under attack MC was with his fellow spartans trying to fight off covenant forces, but MC had to leave because Reach was going down and he couldnt really help, but Captain Keyes ordered him onto Pillar of Autumn because mc was a big weapon against the covenant that could help save humanity. MC grabbed Dr. Halsey but she was wounded, and died. they made Dr. Hansey into Cortana, so i would just like to know more about Halsey/ Cortana. Also Master Chief wasnt the only SPARTAN on the Pillar of Autumn, Linda-058 was in a cryo tube but was neither dead or alive. then when they fly away into space thats when Halo 1 starts. but in halo they dont say theres another spartan on board.

Also in the first novel "Halo: The Fall of Reach" they use the M6D pistol but 2 assault rifles, the MA5B (the assault Rifle from Halo 1) and the MA2B a more compact version (i think its like an MP5), so i wonder if the MA2B will be in Halo 3.

And this is interesting to me (i found it on Wikipedia). All the references to the bible. im not Christian or Catholic but i got respect for everyones religion.
Biblical references
The following references are possible Bible references, and they may be able to help us get a better understanding of the game's storyline.

"The Covenant"

In the Bible, from a Christian standpoint, the Covenant was a promise between God's people that a salvation was coming. The covenant was fulfilled once Jesus died on the cross. And from then on salvation depended completely on faith in the cleansing from sin through a savior.

"Prophets"

Prophets helped lead the people of Israel, and kept them from losing sight of the promise that the Covenant represented. But, upon Jesus' arrival, they no longer needed the old Covenant to point toward salvation. They had the salvation, they just needed to obtain it for themselves through a Savior.

"Spartan 117, John"

There are two Bible verses that this could correspond with and they are John 1:17, or John 11:7.

John 1:17 says; "For the law (Old Covenant) was given through Moses; grace and truth (New Covenant) came through Jesus Christ." This could be a reference on how Master Chief is supposed to represent the Savior of humanity (Jesus)

John 11:7 says; "Then he said to his disciples, "Let us go back to Judea."" This could be a reference to Jesus going back to finish the promise that he had given his people way back in the Garden of Eden. As God said to Satan "I will put enmity between you (referring to Satan) and the woman, and between your offspring and hers;he will crush your head,and you will strike his heel." Which means God will send a salvation through Adam and Eve to crush sin. And this would explain why the oracle calls Master Chief the "reclaimer".

"The Ark"

As we all know the Ark, in the Bible, was a giant water vehicle that helped keep Noah safe from the Flood. It also a parable on how we can depend on God(The Ark) when the entire weight of sin (the flood) is bearing down upon us. So it could either be something to activate a cleansing of said Sin and Sinners. Or, it could be an Ark that could save them from the sin (the Flood). Also, the Ark of the Covenant, which carried the Ten Commandments, would be a strange parallel, as it would in fact be the Covenant's Ark.

"The Flood"

The flood was a monument to the sin of the people of Noah's age. As the Gravemind (leader of the Flood) said, "I am a monument to all your sins." Whether the Flood represents cleansing of these sins, or merely that the world will be washed away by them is up in the air.

And finally in Halo 3 (probaly wont be in H3 but IMO in the movie for sure) i want flashbacks (if its in H3) from the Chief when he was a kid getting kidnapped and training in the SPARTAN ll program. If its in the movie it would be cool if thats how the movie starts showing John (MC) playing king of the hill and kicking everyones ass to be selected by Dr. Halsey
