I cant see to many kids or parents for that matter spending over €1000 on a console. | your misunderstanding what their saying. the 150 goes toward the cost of the console, not an extra fee on top of the already high price. It sorts out the serious gamers from the people just looking to buy and make profit. Not that bad of a thing if you can pay the 150 early towards it...
