it would think it would be free as the DLC that you pay for ATM will be free in a day or two also.
My guess it is just a standerd update

could be Blank. Now I have my XB fixxed i will check it out in a sec.
They do become free today but ATM they still have a price tag.

When the last pack became free it was about miday US time so mu guess is anytime between 4pm to 7 pm here
