How does the Wii compare in graffics and power to the 360 or ps3. Stats wise. I played it for a few at the game store and the graffics looked no better than game cube. This was the truck racing game, but it was on a regular tube tv.

Nintendo officially declared the Wii was not going to be an eyepopper graphics-wise...They used a barely superior graphics processor than the Gamecubes' this time around. Graphics is just not their goal for this gen...They're going 100% for gameplay.

So you can just forget trying to compare its graphics with the 360s' or PS3s' ...There's just no point in that, and that's a fact.

For a comparison between hardware, compare the Wii with the original Xbox -- they are closely matched. The Xbox could produce some very nice looking games such as Halo 2, Ninja Gaiden and Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory (Best looking last-gen game easily!) so the Wii has some potential but current attempts wain significantly compared with the other next-gen hardware on offer.

How does the Rolls Royce compare to the Mini Cooper?
We have both the Wii and the Xbox 360. We bought them to play games on, not to compare. The graphics on the Wii are last gen, but it is so much fun. The 360 still rules this household.

mini coopers dont comletely suck. go for the rusted out monte carlo on blocks in the 2 foot grass


if you are really into graphics then the wii is not for you. i've never played it but can say that as im almost quoting nintendo
