Can I ask this Question
My friend is a modder and if you get caught modding and get banned do they ban your IP or the credit card account or the gamer tag?

I am just wondering if i can ask this question with out getting in trouble.

I think they ban your IP but not entirly sure.

Probably your IP. M$ does whatever they can to stop modding, and, because some people have multiple credit cards while only 1 ISP, they have a better chance of stopping mods.

They ban the EEPROM data, as my mate has been banned for having a modded Xbox (he doesnt Halo 2 mod) and he has changed his data many-a-time.
