Links to other forums don't impress me. I'd like to see something a bit more credible, at least one of the major console gaming websites. Those pictures could easily be photoshoped

Ahh how the flock continues. Can anyone show real proof please? I'm not a Nintendo fanboy, but I'd like to see a reputable site posting this information besides a forum.

If anything, that's a good thing. It shows we can expect much more from the Wii.

The Wii games shown, in particular Mario Galaxy, looked very impressive. It's well known that the original Wii development kit was just a Gamecube with the Wii controller, and it was sent out so developers wouldnt focus on the graphics.

At least Nintendo weren't saying things that they couldn't live up to, unlike Sony. Not once have Nintendo lied about what the Wii is capable of, whereas Sony have lied about how powerful their console is. And what's honestly better, making a console look more powerful than it is, or make it look weaker than it is. I know what I'd prefer, and I applaud Nintendo for it totally.

Okay, the first one was about two inches of a device in a plastic bag. To say that is definiativly a cube is a stretch to say the least.


The second other then them being incredibly vague and poor pictures, don't really look like a GC, maybe it does 'cause it's four little circles but other then that....

Now to say that all those things were running on a Wii is wishful thinking they are most enevitably running on a devkit.




Besides, did you see the mainframe sony had at there show?

Thats crazy i thought they were good graphics from the wii now im exited to see what the graphics will be really like,. I wish nintendo had better graphics than sony , i know it would never happen but sony would be so pi$$ed off and embarrised.

Seriously. *GASP* It was GC architecture!! So what? It's not like GC dev kits produce visuals BETTER than wii kits will. They're not trying to pull the wool over our eyes or anything...

i know..

with the ps3 they were making things look better than they really are, with this, if anything theyre underselling themselves

its like people complaining because they buy a CD and discover extra tracks 0_o
