ok. but am i able to watch content of my ipod. i know im able to listen to my tracks through the 360, but if i was to transfer video data to my ipod, could i view this through the 360?

Don't have a video ipod,so don't know.
Try it and see if it works or not,but I think your video will have to be WMV format to work

To put movies on your iPod, iTunes makes you convert the files to a certain format that isn't .WMV. Since the XBOX 360 only accepts .WMV files, you won't be able to do it.

As long as you use iTunes to put all your files onto your ipod in the right places you should be able to stream the content to your 360. I have a zune and its just like an ipod but has a bigger screen and radio tuner and I stream video all the time. Be warned though movies look like s**t when you stream from a small device as a zune or ipod to a 360 screen.
