waiting for ms

been waiting to get my xbox back from repair and called them the other day. the said they didn't get it. so i tracked it down got all the info about where delivared time delv. and who signed it. call them back then they said they recieved it but don't know where it is. I've been without my xbox since the 2-3 of dec.

Are you ****ing serious? You need to call them back and get a supervisor on the phone. If they can't help you, get THEIR supervisor on the phone and find out WTF is going on. It's bad enough MS makes ****ty hardware, but when they actually lose your busted console and make you wait even longer to play your 360....that's bullsh!t.
