ummm.. "technically" the only true "grunge" is Nirvana. PJ, is disqualified because Eddie is from LA, not seattle. AiC was a heavy metal band, not grunge, they just happen to be from seattle!! Shinedown is a local Jacksonville,fl band (who is now popular everywhere), and creed.. well.. its creed..

but yes, i love grunge :) it was that movement that hit right at the right time of life and stuck with me.

I see, Nirvana is pretty much the only true Grunge band, but yeah people consider some of the others grunge
