Does anyone know what is going to happen with our current Xbox Live accounts when the 360 is launched? Mine runs out April 2006, so are we able to transfer this account over to the 360 from November as a gold account, or will we have to pay for another years subscrition on the 360 from November? I've not seen any announcements on this and wondered if anyone else here has read or seen anything about this.

If I remember correctly from news postings everything will be carried over automatically. So you should get a Gold membership that will expire as normal in April 2006

that's really interesting, and a good move because i don't want to lose my pApA SmerF01 tag. also, it'd be great for not having to go through all the sign up b.s.

man im a little glad i never had to go through that subscription stuff. thats y i might just stick with silver

it's not really that bad, it's pretty easy...i just don't want to do it...lol

hell ya! if i can turn on/off my 360 with the controller....darn right im gonna be lazy! lol!

yeah, for people who want to be especially lazy!

it's a pain to have to get up at 3 in the morning when you're exhausted and turn off your console. by the time you lay down, you're wide awake...lol
