Now...as i recall...i heard something about them making a video camera for the 360. Now, it claims it can take 1.3 megapixel still shots...correct me if im wrong but isnt that bad...i mean thats weaksauce right?

Yeah, that's not even as good as most cell phone cameras.

I would say 3 mega pixels are needed.

Most webcams don't even have .75 megapixels. It's pretty good for a webcam. Maybe a better one will come out when necessary.
