microsoft sent me a new console to replace my old one and the majority of my arcade games seem to have reverted to the trial versions. Has this happened to anyone else? How can i fix it?

It's due to your new console, the arcade downloads you purchased are tied to you gamertag AND the console you bought them on. Since you don't have your original console anymore your downloads are only playable when signed into Live. Your brother's downloads would be available when he's signed into Live as well.
It's a security thing

I believe this is correct, the only people that may help is XBL cust service but I think they can't do too much.

this is bs man the games should be tied to the harddrive not the system. does this mean i have to have both profiles signed in to play all my arcade games?

YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY FOR IT AGAIN. Once you buy a game, it is forever linked to your GT. You can download the full version again and again.

ok i called customer support. the method they gave me didn't work. they say that they have to send me the license for the games to my new console and i will have to redownload them. they say it could take up to a month. but at least it'll get fixed.

thats another way of getting you to shut up, and get off the phone quick, call back, no way should it take that long. Be a MAN!!! tell them if you dont get your live games asap, your going to ***** about it on planetxbox360.com, that should light a fire under their asses!
