hey guys i just recently bought a xbox 360 i believe about a week from now and one of the main reasons i bought it was for xbox live but now having it im woried about it because i have a household of 5 and all of ous have comps but see he have highspeed internet from charter but my dad is always downloading so im wondering that if i get live will i be really laggy in games or will it crap out his download speed please answer asap this will decided wether i get live or pre-order mass effect thanks a bunch =)

Running Live, and downloading content on another PC shouldn't really slow you down too much. If you're downloading something big off of the computer that your 360 is hooked up to you might notice a difference, but nothing that will make your Live experience any less enjoyable.

alrite thanks man for such a fast reply i really appreciate it ill be on live sooner or later hehe also just a quick little question i got my 360 and i have the reciept stashed but do i got to register or something on the site or anything for my warranty to take action because i think that they changed it that when u buy it you get a standard 1 year warranty so anyway when you get a chance please reply peace out and thanks again! =)

i think the warranty is active from the moment that you bought you're 360 but you'll need to keep the receipt as proof that you bought it within the last year

You can register it with the registration card that comes in the box. like i did with my first 360 but then it fried in 11 days so i got a new replacement from the store and forget to register that one.... 6 months later when i needed service they just told me I was not registered and asked my what day I bought it. they never required any proof other than my word. They shouldn't give you any hassle either way.
