I'm new to the site and we are having a problem getting into the LIVE 360, I have a netgear wireless and my cable is plugged into the netgear. We can only get into 360 LIVE when I disconnect my cable from the wireless and put it directly into the modem, but at that point we don't have a computer.

Any suggestions??
