are there downloads to make xbox games compatible to the xbox 360,

i have URBAN CHAOS RIOT RESPONSE, and PAINKILLER HELL WARS, and i want to play them when i bought them i thought they would play now im finding out that they dont and there might or might not be a download to get the games playing, any1 kno anything that could help?
