360 data transfer

I have a datel transfer cable. 2x 512mb memory cards . when i try to transfer data to pc it says, memory card error pls remove & reinsert memory card can anyone help me out on this .thanx ade.

the data on the memory card may be corrupt. Try recopying it to it.

I Have already tried that no luck there either. They are New memory cards too
