I'm bored so to kill some time I figured I'll start this. Post a player and the next person posts what THEY THINK the players rating will/should be in 09. And if you can be bothered you can put an explanation.

So an example...

I'm being generous since he's 5'11 175lb WR. He might return kicks well but that'll be just about it.

Also quite possibly the worst 1rst round pick from last years draft from a team that needed (and still does) a franchise QB and had Brady Quinn available.
