help needed with cod 4 new maps

hello i downloaded the maps last week, have been playing them fine and tonite was playin with my mate and when i went to start a game my new maps have disappeared, have re downloaded em and recovered my gamertag, but they are still not coming up when i go to start match, they are on my hard drive still tho!!!
any ideas please!!

might just be a glitch in the CoD server, and they should go back to normal, if not I would call someone or something because that's BS especially when we pay 10.00 friggin dollars for that s***

I'm not sure who you should call. There should be a number in the booklet or back of case for if you have problems. Like Flanker said, you paid good money for those things and you deserve your every right to have it. Microsoft and their ripoffs.

i could be mistaken, but i thought i had read that the maps would enter normal rotation after a certain amount of time... so if i am right about what i read, they may be in the normal rotation of maps. if i am wrong, then, well, i don't know. may your maps RIP. :(

Correct maps are in regualr map rotation now. That is why you do not see variety map pack choice seen in multiplayer.

and yeah i found it weird today how the variety maps had gone, but then the new maps popped up in normal team deathmatch

i think its good, cause they were getting kinda dumb just playing the same three, usually 2, maps again and again. now it'll be mixed up a bit.

think that creek map looks really good. nice detail in it.

I would imagine that if a party has someone without the new maps it just disables them so that the party is restricted to the original maps in their rotation. any party with everyone owning the maps gets access to the full random rotation of old and new maps..?
