Problems w/ Live after update?

Live has been down for me for the last two days. When I try to connect I get the spinny thing on the screen for a minute, then it kicks back out to the main menu. I'm sure this is all due to the recent update and will sort itself out soon...but was wondering if anyone else is having any issues???

Have you checked your internet connection? Dosen't hurt to check every possibility.

My friend is having the same problem. He has to go upstairs now to play.

You're British, MS doesn't give you bastards updates ... until 3 months after the fact.

yeah, i connected on saturday? i think, and it downloaded a quick little do dad. i haven't noticed anything, good or bad. but i have had that thing where it is connecting, but never connects and says it can't. usually i just power down the system and try again and it works.

Tried to get on to Live today and was barely able to play a game on CoD4. I would get into a game, then get booted. Now I can't even connect to Live.

my friend's just said the same thing and he couldn't have read any of your problems because he doens't know about this site. he says he keeps getting disconnected
