hi i was just wondering whether i would need to purchase a new tv in order to play the 360 as my current tv is pritty old. Thanks

No you won't have to purchase a new one (as long as you have AV inputs)

But you really should look at getting a good one, otherwise it will be a waste of the graphics

How sharp they are. I am using RGB for my current Xbox, and it is way clearer than simple AV cables.

All i have to say is that the next gen consuls are making it really hard to not won’t to buy a HD-TV

I bought a new TV for Halo 2, but I really needed a new TV anyway as my old one was built in the 1980's and the only way to play xbox was through an RF adapter, the least impressive connection IMO.

Go ahead and buy a new TV, you can get a HDtv for $500 these days. Sure, not the best model, but at least you'll have better picture quality. Hmm, makes me wonder how many Xbox players use Sony TV's?

Thanks, out of curiosity where could i buy a cheap hdtv tele, from where i live (England) and would it still be cheap for me to buy one.

I have an HDTV but I mostly use it for movies and a different TV for games, though I have a feelin that's gonna change...
