How did you come across this forum ? I found it by doing a google search on Xbox 360 forums.

Looking at 360 stuff when I came across this website, had a quick peek on the forums, saw how good they looked and the rest is history.

It was on afterdawn, and they said that they will banned you for linking to other forums, but they wont banned you for posting SPAM

Anyway, I voted for it in 360 topsites and then found this forum, which I joined. Been here ever since.

I was periodically checking totalnextgen.com for 360 updates. It's not a great site, kinda dreary actually, but Matt posted a "shameless plug" for this new website. I clicked his link and haven't been back to totalnextgen since July 14, 2005.

Recon had to prove that he was willing to kill someone in the name of planetxbox360. I, on the other hand, had to pay for Matt's atrocious porn addiciton for 6 months. I'm going broke, mind you.

Okay, most of that is exaggerated. To be a mod we had to meet a certain criteria: over 18 years old, online most of the day, and mature in our dealings (i.e., not likely to abuse our power). Matt asked me lots of questions, ranging from the above, to my goals, favorite charity (extra points if you say planetxbox360), and sexual preference (kidding!)... or something like that. Matt ultimately selects who becomes a mod. At the moment, I do not think we're looking for mod positions to fill, but "staff contributer" may be looking for new blood soon. Meh, like I said, Matt makes to choices of who becomes what.

P.S. Matt is actually a really good guy, and he listens to our suggestions with earnest interest. Anything negative about him above is probably my own musings looking for a sense of levity.

No xpitbull, that's why I put the disclaimer in there. I do not think Matt would ultimately care because the likelyhood we'll ever meet are very slim (unless Matt takes over the world, then he'll make me a henchmen or cabinet member). I could literally bump into him tomorrow and be none-the-wiser that I had just hit Matt.

Anyway, why did you get banned from XBL?

I did an MSN search one day. I wanted to join a 360 forums. I clicked on it and it was just text. Tons of info on 360. I came back a couple weeks later, and this was here. I've been here ever since :)

Actually, I'm a fan of smaller game sites, and sites that are devoted to one system. Not because I'm a fan boy, but occasionaly small things will apear only on small web sites.

Anyway, that brings me to how I found this web site. Being an active member of planetgamecube, a former member of PlanetXbox. I asumed, that it was only a matter of time before this site popped up. So, I just typed in PlanetXbox360, and found this. :top:Lucky me!
