I wish it was the Eagles. I think the Patriots again.

OMG if it was the patriots again i will be angry they should let some other team get there

Benglas? Haha nice one.. E - A - G - L - E - S EAGLES! Patriots are losing it, lost first home game in previous 22 games, lost Rodney Harrison. Proud to say it's a down streak for the Pats.

Go Colts! (from Indiana here) :)

I gotta hand it to the Colts. That defense is very suprising.. I never would've imagined them winning games with their D.. Only allowed 29 total points so far this entire season.. Gotta hand it to them.

Yeah.. It took the Colts a couple of years to adjust their defensive lineup and style to Tony Dungy's defense plans. Now they are starting to get it down and become more effective. The same thing happened when Tony was at Tampa Bay. It also took them a while to adjust.

I think its between Bengals, Patriots, Steelers, or Bucs. I wish the steelers could go to the super bowl and win, im a big fan of Big Ben #7

09-10-2005, 09:14 PM
It's kinda funny how you think Bucs or the Bengals will get to the superbowl. I think that Rothlis-burger has rotted your brain.
xpitbull
09-10-2005, 09:23 PM
WTF? the Bucs won the superbowl some years ago (i believe 2) and the Bengals are crushing all their opponents, the steelers are the strongest team in their division. And why are you calling big ben a burger, he is big but with a shotgun in his arm, and have you seen how he runs he looks like a freaking bull trying to kill somebody
tkd_guy
09-10-2005, 09:33 PM
Ok then why don't you tell me the Buc record after they won the superbowl? Were they 7-9 after coming off a Superbowl victory? Yea I would say so, plus that doesn't matter, they change players all the time. And the reason they won so far is because of Cadillac, and what happened to him, oh yea the Cadillac ran outta gas. Bye-bye Bucs.

I think its Carolina. Maybe next year Rex Grossman won't screw up!
tkd_guy
09-10-2005, 09:36 PM
And you obviously know nothing about football if you say that the Steelers are the strongest in their division, do you even know who is in their division? The Bengals, Browns, and Ravens. And how are they crushing their divison if the Bengals (excluding tonights game) are 4-0 and the Steelers so far are 2-1? I'd say get your facts straight before you try to bring up a ridiculous point.

Steve Smith is doing awesome, but the Panthers just can't bring it together after their SB loss.

I'll like Dallas Cowboys to go to the superbowl but with a runnig back like Julius Jones, QB like Drew Bledsoe, and Bill Parsel i doubt it.
I still remember Troy Aikman, Emiit Smith and company winning all those superbowls in the 90's

Still, Rex is a problem to the Bears. Do you think they should fire him?

HOW ABOUT THEM COWBOYS WOOOO!!!
After watching them trounce the eagles i can see there going all the way this year .. to the top baby WOOO!

09-10-2005, 09:55 PM
Jones is good, Bledsoe is doing great so far. And Billy seems to be carrying his team along just fine. They did good today against the Eagles even though I'm an Eagle fan and I now hate the Cowboys even more than I did before.

thats when we had the best offesive line in football.
1. bledsoe is great they just have to give him time
2. Jones is a rising star give him some time to get some rythme and he'll be great
3. parcels is the best coach dallas has seen since those 90's seasons!

cut him you mean? lol As a Packer fan I'd say I fear more what Kyle Orton can do against us then anything Grossman ever did...Orton could be pretty good in 2-3 years they should still with him

09-10-2005, 09:57 PM
We had a bad game today also, it happens all the time. And no the cowboys are NOT going to the SB.

I saw a little of the eagles and cowboys game. They did well!
tkd_guy
09-10-2005, 10:04 PM
HAHA are you serious Deathdealer, are you dumb? Give Bledsoe time? Haha it's his 13th season, he was going to retire if he didn't get a starting position somewhere and the Cowboys were his alst option. Drew will only get worse he's getting old at 33 years old and his only good season was way back in'97 with the Patriots.

Every team has bad games, also McNabb's injured.

You are just making excuses, you are saying that the eagles without McNabb are worthless? They should have a good qb for this kinds of games
tkd_guy
09-10-2005, 10:11 PM
Are you serious, you're joking right... The QB IS WHAT CARRIES THE TEAM, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU PASS 66% OF THE TIME. And with a qb like McNabb hurt, you know that team is NOT going to do well. And he needs surgerey but is still playing it out, so don't tell me that's an excuse.
DeathDealer
09-10-2005, 10:18 PM
Im so tired of hearing this, oh mcnabbs hurt bull, he played one of the greatest game of his life last week when he was Hurt so why didnt he play great this week? why didnt the defense pull there weight, was trotter hurt and i missed it? why did dallas walk all over them? why did TO not make the plays that he was one on one with some unknown dallas CB..why did the offensive line fold to dallas weaker defensive line?
And yea time, time in the pocket , thats why he picked your team apart today buddy.
and hey the cowboys have been throwing it more then running it anyway and we in your words dont haev a good QB.
tkd_guy
09-10-2005, 10:29 PM
Because, maybe you didn't hear, but when you get injured, and don't heal/take care of it, it gets worse. And Dallas happened to have a good game where we had a bad game with a injured star qb that needs surgerey. I'll give the cowboys credit for exploiting Terry Glenn, but our D-line held your precious Julius for 72 yards. If you seriously think that Cowboys will get to the superbowl or that the Cowboys are better than the Eagles then you need a wake-up call. I'm sure the Cowboys will recieve one on Monday, Nov. 14th, week 10.
DeathDealer
09-10-2005, 10:37 PM
well see, well see, and yea 72 yards in the first half, he was fine and parcels didnt want to risk him in the second he would of gone much, much higher considering the way thomas was exploting the holes you guys were putting up in the 3rd quarter.
xpitbull
09-10-2005, 10:38 PM
Dude chill, i dont even like the cowboys anymore (i live in a dallas suburb thats why i have a special feeling for them) im a Steelers fan
tkd_guy
09-10-2005, 10:42 PM
Exploiting holes for 20 carries and 75 yards.. averaging what? 3.75 yards per carry? I'd say thats NOT exploiting ANY holes and a dominant job by our d line.
tkd_guy
09-10-2005, 10:44 PM
Oh and Deathdealer, it's not Thomas, it's Thompson. First I think you should get your players straight.
xpitbull
09-10-2005, 10:46 PM
It doesnt matter how many carries, ITS THE YARDS THAT COUNTS ON A FOOTBALL GAME. Say T.O he might have 20 comp passed for 120 yard, or he can have 4 comp passed for 121 yards. It doesnt matter
DeathDealer
09-10-2005, 10:49 PM

09-10-2005, 10:52 PM
Actually you're wrong, again, having "16" more catches can prove to be either worse or better for TO. If we are leading and TO get 20 catches, he runs down ALOT of time, count about 30 seconds for each catch, thats 10 minutes TO alone burns down the clock. But if he gets 4 catches at about 30 seocnds each then TO only wastes 2 minutes. So it does matter and you're wrong again and you're petty arguements are not worthy of my time.

Philly just isn't health right now and they are really missing something in the front D line....oh yeah that guy is playing for the Colts now....oops. No I like the Eagles but they need ot figure out what they are doing with Mcnabb now so re has time to rehab...as for the Colts choking in the playoffs...yeah that is true but they finally have a really good defense...its scary to know now that they could score 40 on any given Sunday...but with a d now they don't have too.

Ah, but the Colts now have a better, more agressive, and hard hitting defense. If their game against the Patriots had been in at the RCA Dome last year, the outcome would have been different. That is why it is so important to protect home field advantage.
