It has come to our attention that there might be some problems with people linking to images on other sites in these forums.
Therefore please follow these guidelines:
You have two options:
1. Link to the image on the server, and post it in our forums. But make sure you link back to the site you got the images from in your post. Please only use this option for the larger gaming sites.
2. When making your post, use the "Manage Attachements" option. You can then upload the pics to our server. Please link back to the original site.
Any questions, post away.

This is so stupid why can't we just continue with the way we were doing it ?

This isnt to much of a bother 4 me as i use option 2 when posting images - i find that it makes the site look better and more professional IMO

This is the way you are doing it. If the pic is from a large site you can post it but include a link back to the main site. If its a small site use the attachment feature and link back.
This may come as a surprise to you, but server bandwidth costs money. Some sites can not afford to pay for bandwidth when the pics are not being displayed on their site. It is a matter of courtesy.
If that is too much hassle for you, then dont post pics. Simple as that.

I believe it is a perfectly reasonable request :top: and only takes a bit longer, than it would normally:tee:

You can use the pics you usually, would but you have to save them to your hardrive and attach them instead of direxctly hotlinking :top:
