Best Buy Sucks

Today i went to BestBuy to try and buy the 360 controller.so i asked the employee if they had the controller.he ws like yeah we have 3.so i told him ill buy in a couple minutes.so when i got back to him i was like i was ready to buy the controller.by this time he was with more co workers.they were like what the controller was out.so the guy went to the back to get the controller it took him about 10 minutes to come back.he was like we have no more.do you guys think he was pulling my leg and just putting them aside for his co workers

My nephew works at best buy and the employees get first dibs on everything, not only that he gets a 10% discount.The games and some periphs are already in the store.They have a 360 set up but no controllers to play cause they didnt want the crowd,but you can go and watch the demos it plays over and over.He also said alot of the store employees were dissappointed
because the graphics aint so spectacular YET.

Best buy suck for games. They always try to rip me off! I tried buying HL1 and he said I couldn't because that isn't the right game. He gives me guild wars and I complain to the manager then I finaly get HL1.

Heh, it wouldn't surprise me if he conferenced with his fellow buddies about it, then decided to keep them all. Does it seem strange that they would all be gone within 10 minutes? Oh, they're gone alright, but not in a physical sense- more like they've been claimed by fellow employees who didn't realizse they were in until you brought it up.

what a bunch of jerks. and, seriously, screw best buy. they're always out of stock, and the same exact same thing happened to me when i went to go buy an xbox wireless adapter and hdtv cables....on two separate occasions! you should try going to CompUSA, because they're a little more obscure when it comes to gaming stuff...not even all of their stores sell games. but, remember, it doesn't matter because technically this is a PC controller. funny though, because the only difference between the 360 controller and the "360 controller for windows" is the packaging and the inclusion of a driver disk. that's it.

I think the way Best Buy has been handling this Xbox360 sucks!

If you get the consoles in you should sell them no matter how many you get.

Look at Wlamart, Kmart, Target and others as soon as they have them they get them off the turck and on the sales floor for opening. Bestbuy holds them in a security room and then put out shipments dates os people can sleep out for the consoles. I have been a big BESTBUY customer but I might have to change this. I mean come on the employees where sucking up alot of the systems and the accessories and not leaving them out for the REAL gamers.

I mean heck look at all the systems on EBAY and the real GAMERS are screaming because they want one....what a bunch of bulls@#!
