I rode my bike to walmart today, and they had it! And no one was playing! I played Kameo for lke 5 min, I liked it, but I had to play Call Of Duty 2, now that was amazing, the AI was crazy, and the grenades, whew, if you thew them in the right place, you would see the helmets fly in the air, now that was cool. And king kong. graphics were good, but the game was OK

I went back before the Georgia game today, and played Kameo and Call of Duty 2 some more. I must say, Call of Duty 2 has impressed me the most. Kameo is fun, and looks great. Theres just so much going on in Call of Duty 2 its just crazy.

Well, as much as I want to rave the system, I can't. Though I loved some of the graphics, I didn't see anything the Xbox couldn't do. The frame rates wouldn't have held up so well on the Xbox, but other then that, it could have been done.

The controller was just a hair small. I wanted a little more space, between the triggers, and L/R buttons. Everything else felt like it was in the right place.

The screen I was looking at to play it, was almost directly above my head. Staring up at that thing gave me a headache, and neck pain. Not to mention the screen was only a 12" monitor. So these things may have altered my first impressions.

Well, your Wal-Mart sucks, or wherever you played it. The one I went to had a 23'' Samsung HDTV and it looked sweet. The Xbox COULD NEVER do these graphics, I'm sorry. And the framerate was rock solid.

As for the controller, felt perfect to me. And I've got pretty big hands, everyone I've talked to says it feels like butter. But you've got your right to post your opinions. :top:

There are no kiosks within 20 miles of where I live, and since I don't have a car, I'm screwed.

my first time going there : when i got there there were people already playing, but i knew them so i kicked them off.. they were playing king kong which i played on the pc and didnt really like.. the graphics were better and seeeemed a little mroe fun on the 360 but still didnt grab my attention, then when i got my hands on the "tiny hair too small" controller (which i agree its a TINY bit too small, but i have more manly hands than anyone here so..), i quit king kong w/o even trying it and went straight to CoD 2.. i was never a fan of W-W games but this jsut hit the spot, so much fun and excitement, great graphics and AI.. deffinitely a must buy now.. have yet to try kameo..

I know my walmart sucks, the TV was a peice of crap! It was one they used for demos for years, so the picture was kind of going out.

Like I said, it probably had something to do with their set up. Try looking directly up, whle holding a controller infront of you, at a peice of crap TV.

That was probably the problem you were having when you posted your first opinion. There's no way you can appreciate the true power and beauty of the 360 without seeing it in HD

I haven't gotten to play a 360 yet, but I can't wait until I can because it'll fill me back up with an enthusiasm I'm sort of losing. As we come closer to launch, the screenshots just seem kind of...underwhelming. I thought they'd make a bit more progress by now. Regardless, I'm sure I'll be blown away by the 360. If there's anything I've learned it's that you can't judge a game/system at all without experiencing it firsthand.

Games play:
i liked all the games. The controls felt good in every game. And the game play felt smooth and clean.

graphics:
Honestly i was not that impressed with the graphics. i was expecting full anti-aliased game play and what i say i didn’t really like. The textures on the object where very detailed. But the jagged edges made me feel like i was playing a Xbox 1 with more CPU power for AI and textures.

Conclusion:
the game play alone would make it worth buying, it still felt like a next gen. gaming system. But I hope they can fix the problems before launch day,and I just hope that GEARS OF WAR will not disappoint when it comes out. I have high hopes for that games as well..very hi hopes

On a recent trip to my local wal-mart, I was able to play an Xbox 360. I must say the 360 is smaller than i expected. no more than 15 inches long. The dashboard was amazing. It didnt include everything you see in previews online, but thats only because its some "special" system, so it doesnt show u everything. The system looked great. And the controller. You expected the guide button to be 4 seperate buttons, right? wrong. It was 1 button that took you to the dashboard. And the feel of the controller was amazing!!! It was everything they said it would be. And besides that, the graphics were the most amazing thing i've ever seen. I'd swear, some of the pre rendered demos were real movies. And they only had 3 playable demos. cod2, kameo, and king kong. COD2 looked pretty sweet. Great graphics also. It was a little fuzzy though. I also watched a full auto, nfsmw, and Test drive unlimited. They were all the most amazing graphics ive ever seen!!!! So overall, what you expected of the system, turns out to be a 9.5/10!!!!

I only had 1 picture without me in it
