I'm on the 2nd shipment

I just went to EB Games and they said I'm on the 2nd shipment. They said Wal mart pulled a power play and had Microsoft take away units from Gamestop and EB Games and give it to them or else Walmart would never carry a Microsoft product again. This is a bunch of crap, I preordered it back in July and I won't be able play until the 2nd shipment. There are gonna be a lot of dissapointed people just like me.

Well, they said that to try to kill the competition. Every place has had a drop in the amount of systems they are getting.

I wonder if I'll get a similar call this evening, then. I stopped by Gamstop on Saturday and checked to see which "shipment" I was on- in theory I get mine on the 22 of this blessed month. Apparently I was one of the first to pre-order, despite my late July request. Though honestly, with GR3 and Obliv. being pushed back, I am seriously considering selling my 360 on eBay and buying another in March... hmmm.

3-4 months is very unlikley and mostly because microsoft said they are the steepest production ever in console making. and 400,000 in U.S. alone in launch day also seems like a lie.

i'm right on the border... i'm number 44 out of around 60 that will be shipped to my EB. My local EB's have already been calling people and notifying them that they'll be on 2nd shipment; fortunately, i have not received a call. I contacted my EB and they've already guaranteed that i'll be good for midnight launch, but still..i'm worried.

they told me im number 5 for the second shipment at gamestop so if some people back out or dont pick it up on the first day then they said theyd call me and ill get it the day it comes out or the next day
