kotaku.com. They have alot of Best Buy Info. They're pretty reliable. If its a rumor or a speculated hoax they usually say so but not this time.

Can't say for the other stores, but I live close to store 120, and they are indeed having a midnight release party.....

I have to force the thoughts out of my mind, cause I'll get too excited about it.....in a little over a week, we'll be playing some amazing games!

nice one! my guy didnt tell me howmany they had, but they had the boxes of 360 in the window of the GameCrazy near me.. he said i can come pick it up on that day and he also said he's 95% sure that the "shortage" is only a Viral campaign by Microsoft to get more Buyers, just like sony did with PS2. A worker from Toys R Us also told this to me as well.

I thought about that to because c'mon over a month of production and the steepest production in console history.

I would say in one day atleast 500 or so off one line with each facotry having about atleast 6 or more lines(I know nothing about this kinda thing) and many factories. I think there will be shortages but I agree I think they are being over judged to get more buyers
