I have to say H2, I mean not EVERYONE is getting the 360, but when H2 was announced, who wasnt getting it?

I would say that the 360 has the more hype because of the marketing stragegy that is being deployed, that was not part of the marketing plan of Halo 2. Halo 2 was more of an underground type of marketing plan.

a lot more work has gone into the marketing of 360, halo2 made its own hype, riding off its predecesors success. 360 had a lot to go off of as well nut ms really upped the bar and got it out there so even the most casual gamer is interested and wants to get one at launch, all they had to do for h2 pretty much is say "hey we're gonna release this game called halo2, its gonna be even better than that other games called halo that you spend 6 hours a day playing" they let us do the rest.

xbox 360 by far more , totally of the thread but i live in Australia and i was watching tv and there was an add for GUn , that new game and at the bottom it has all the platforms it was on and i looked and xbox 360 just glowed there , i was all hyped up about it , it must just be an American add playing over here

Halo 2. That was delayed for what 2 years? I mean not that many people know the 360 is comming out, besides people on fourms or hardcore MS followers. I actually think the 360 shouldn't be hyped until Christmas time in the US. It would boost sales. I don't like MSs decision on these "shortages" they have. I have to call Walmart and ask them.
