In the interview with Scott Henson by Gametrailers.com (episode 1) he says
cd-r, cd-rw bla. bla. You can "burn" and use then all with the 360...
hmm.. What about that?

Yeah it will play cds and dvds that have been burned off of your comp or dvd recorder but the 360 will not burn them itself. I dont buy movies anymore, I just wait for them to come on pay-per-view and record them with my DVD recorder, alot cheaper that way.

you can use CD-R's and all the writable DVDs and Cds but you cant burn them

that sounds pretty cool and it would really be awesome if it was true if you wanted to burn your music that you have on your x360
Xbox 360 supports DVD-Video, DVD-ROM, DVD-R/RW, DVD+R/RW, CD-DA, CD-ROM, CD-R, CD-RW, WMA CD, MP3 CD, JPEG Photo CD.
