Go to www.zoomshare.com Click on Join community. You can make a web from there. Also try making some Rep on other sites. Do what you can, man. I personaly still don't have a 360' but I'm savin. Good luck with your clan.

My guess would be for updates and just to set up matches and posting match dates. I think a lot of clans have forums also so they can just get to gether and chat.

Its a group of gamers who play together and do "tourneys" and matches together. A clan is pretty dumb though, because of their usual "practice" times and "You must play at this time" crap. Its better just to have a group of friends and play on one's free time.
As for the webpage... WOW! two of you. Crazy crazy stuff, esp. being called THE ULTIMATE XBOX 360 CLAN. Creative.
