Getting the xbox 360 right now is pointless, unless u like playing sport games. Because there are so many good titles coming out in spring and by then the sensless chaos will be over. I'm sorry but if u wait infront of a store just to buy something that will only let u play games thats dumb. I'm most likely gonna buy it in spring because of Oblivion and many other games, or maybe even when it goes 1/2 price, i just ordered new computer parts. But there is just too much chaos over that thing. I wouldnt be surprised if u first buyers get robbed by hackers finding out where u live cause u had to post ur new console on the internet. Lock ur doors!!!

I completely disagree with everything you said except about the best games are still to come. Thats a given but its just good to have it in hand on launch to say you got it before all your friends and of course getting to play it, its awesome.

I'm sorry Jay and other Madden gamers but the new Madden game is gonna suck but you hardcore fans should get it. If you not hardcore I would wait till the next one comes out.

Gho5t, your free to your opinion, but few people here will listen to you. The vast majority of the people here, myself included, have fun getting systems on the day of release. It's something a gamer of your calibur, wouldn't be able to understand. To the gamers of mediocre-hard-core level and above, buying a system at launch, being the early adopter, is the only way. It's the true call of the gamer.

Trying to avoid the "chaos", as you put it, is really avoided the fun.

BTW-The systems won't be half-price, for another 2-3 years, so have fun waiting.

yea ur right, im not an extreme console gamer. I'm a extreme pc gamer, i can dl the games and play them without paying and most of the time they will look better then their console counterparts. I dont really find any enjoyment in getting something b4 everyone else because its childish.

He prob doesnt have xbox live. That is one of the reasons I want one now. Live will be so much better on the new system! So Im gonna guess you have dialup or just dont have live b/c you would obviously not have said that stuff if you were online!

Yeah i agree. the really great games are coming out in the spring like halo 3. Im not getting mine till early june, and by then the price may have dropped and there will be allot of better games to choose from.

Ive never been a fan of Madden, ESPN Franchise has been the best football games in my opinion. I didnt even think about getting the game, maybe when the price drops on it or I can find it used. I got PGR3 and COD2. G4TV gave Madden 3 out of 5 stars which isnt very good.

You make me laugh so much it isn't even funny. There are more FPS than Sports games do your math. You don't deserve one because you don't have faith in it. If you want more games wait for a PS3. I think your mommy said you can't buy a 360 because your not mature enough for it. If you want to say your opinion you did, but we don't have to follow you. Reasons I am getting a 360 on friday (aka launch week).

1. Perfect Dark Zero
2. Call of Duty
3. You won't be able to find the 360 as easily when true next gen games show up.
4. I need a new system
5. I have faith in Microsoft about this.
