Madden 06, couple questions, before i freakout

Is there a way to use the Year teams?

I refuse to play with anyone other than the Cowboys, and so far i can't find out how to use the year teams.

Can't use last years cowboys because they sucked.

Another thing, how do you turn off all the extra crap, like before the play and after it, i find myself having to hit A pointlessly way too much.

Last question, where are all the camera angles? What you only get changeit when you are lined up, and have to do it every single play.

I must say, if these things can't be changed, i'd rather be playing madden 05 on the old xbox.

Extra crap, meaning watching the team setup, you have to hit A to speed it, up. Auto replay's on, and you must hit A to speed that up.

When you play with alot of people, it has to be all about the game, and it has to run as quickly as possible.

And compare the cowboys to say the eagles, patriots, steelers, and then you'll realize it's a disadvantage. So anyone interested in a playing advantage just has to use a better team.

Rumor had it, that the game lacked options and i find it does.

Direction manual is only like 5 pages long.

How bout this, is there a way to pick a play so that the defensence doesn't see exactly what play you are picking?

its in the manual, you can "bluff" your playcall in two-player mode

No year teams though huh, i was hoping they could at least be unlocked.

Not sure about the Fantasy Draft.
But has anyone located or found that the year teams do or don't exist for sure?

yeah keep in mind they ripped out a lot of features to make launch. 2007 is going to be so much better than this version (not that this ones horrible or anything) its just they'll be able to add everything back in and tweak these small problems.

personally, i think the gameplay will somewhat make up for the lost features, now the replay value probably isnt as long, but still enjoyable....i havent been able to play mine yet (even though i preordered my system in june) and i could be wrong

I must say that not having a camera choice or the option to challenge a play sucks. I am dissappointed, nhl2k sucks to, as a matter of fact nfs sucks to.
I hope the next wave of games are not rushed to production so they will look much better and play better, if not the 360 will be collecting dust untill ps3
comes out. I AM DISGRUNTLED.

Yeah, despite the obvious advantages this is a pretty bad Madden. You can tell they ripped a lot out to make launch. But hey, I love Madden so I bought it anyway. I just wish I didn't trade in the GameCube version.

Can't wait for Madden '07 it's gonna be TIGHT.
