Well i have preo-ordered with my local Gamestation, im 9th on the list but i dont know if ill get it on the 2nd. I went in but all they could say was i am very likely to get it...but im very worried i get there too late.

Yeah Gamestation range me to say that i will have mine next friday :D 100% but i have to ring them tomorrow to cofirm the package that i want - obviosly i have the items ive preordered but if they put them in a nice cheap bundle for me ill be alot happier

I got my leaflet thing the other day too, I thought it was just standard that everyone got even if they weren't guaranteed one on the 2nd but if some people who have preordered aint got it then its making me feel a lot better. :)

I'm pretty sure my store are opening a midnight opening, my mate works there and thats what he said wuld likely happen, but they haven't even had the cosoles in yet so they don't know how many thy have etc. :)

im going to guys cause those 'beeps' just confirmed my knocking down the list in the letter this morning and i am bloody furious.i cant be garenteed a console now before christmas according to the letter which i think is a little unfair as i preordered on 8th august and the ppl who preordered the console and preordered games are getting the console launch day regardless of when they preordered.im not at all happy as you might guess.

A few weeks ago I recieved a small slip of paper from them through the post, it told me to take it into GAME and they then swapped it for this lil CD sized tin with a DVD of X360 footage and a lil booklet of stuff they expected to be out. :)

I had originally pre-ordered the X360 with Game, and then decided to cancel it as money was going to be tight.

I was still on the mailing list, but not the pre-order list.

I received a letter from Game a couple of weeks ago to say that my X360 limited edition tin was available to pick up. I phoned to confirm, and was told that the only reason I got that letter, was because I was still on the mailing list. Because I'd cancelled the pre-order, I was not entitled to it.

I have also received the leaflet saying that my console is ready to pick up on the 2nd December. Why did I get this leaflet? Because I was on the mailing list.

So, just because you've got the leaflet to say that you're able to collect it on the 2nd, I wouldn't jump the gun and say it was guaranteed.

Not wanting to spoil anybody's fun. Just be aware that you might be in for a shock.

Just popped into my local game with a lil checklist thingy with all the stuff I want for it and handed it in. The Manager said that anyone who has a £20 pre-order receipt from that store will get one on Friday.

I've gone with the 3 game pack (Condemmed, PGR3, PDZ) and an extra wireless controller, Battry, Play and charge kit and 3 months Live subscription.

I'm a happy chappy.
