hard drive help?

i need to know if there is any way to delete all the content of it at one time? because i want none of the stuff that came on it. at first there was only 12gb then i delete sum stuff and now there is 13gb but i want it at 20gb but there is a lot of stuff that came on it and will take a long time to do it.

well, to get as much space as possible, (some is pre-allocated and used for system resources and caching) format the hard drive.
