Has anyone gotten this message?

Recently on the forums I have been getting this message:
Access to the requested page is forbidden

I don't know what's going on, but i haven't tried IE so maybe that makes a difference. Also after I reload the page a couple thousand times it comes back...weird...

Mod Edit - Next time it happens take a screenshot (including the page URL) and PM me with it.

I have had it before as well not often though, i am using firefox. Next time i see it i shall make sure i do what Matt says.
