Sry this is so long but plz read it's kinda funny (and freaky)....ok...i call microsoft today to activate my computer in my room (i had to rebuild it and the internet wasn't working) so anyway i call and it goes through the automated thing and doesn't register my number...so it connects me with a microsoft employee. so the guy picks up the phone and asks me the question you would expect "what are the first 6 digits of your current activation key?" so i tell him and he gets it wrong like 5 times (i think he did it on purpose and you will see y in a minute) until i basically yell it into the phone. so then he asks me another normal question "are you activating windows xp home edition?" i tell him yes and then (this is where it starts gettin wierd) he asks me if i study...i was like wtf and paused and said ummm...yea i'm a student...then he pauses for a min and asks me "are you hansome" i paused and said...uhh what...then he says "you heard me" and i said no i don't think i did...so he asks me "do you look good"...i just kinda said wtf and said well i guess...so then he asks me "do you have a girlfriend" i just kinda laughed and said umm i don't think this is what you are payed to do...he didn't stop so i just hung up on him. dunno what u guys think but yea that was insanely retarded and i think microsoft has got them a pedifile working in their activation area lol.

i really couldn't tell...all i know is that he sounded like he was from india...it was kinda hard to tell though.

dude i'm not joking it happened earlier today...i hope they recorded that call and i hope they listen to it
i did call again and another guy from india picked up but he actually did his job and gave me a number to activate windows

Call Microsoft and talk to a manager or something.
Maybe they will give you some kind of compensation, or, you can threat with a lawsuit.

Yeah it was creepy, yeah the guy is probably a perv. You SHOULD call microsoft and complain! But there is no law suit.

no i'm just gonna let it go...hell i won't be calling to activate anything for a long time most likely and in a way it was kinda funny...i'll leave calling M$ to someone else because it wasn't enough to like really scare me or anything just kinda freaked me out lol

Taken out of context, each is an innocent question. If a suit was filed, the guy can just say;"I was bored and just curious." Prove he meant anything sexually. What we know what he meant, and what we can prove he meant are two different things. Therefore, no law suit.

Well i dont know your resons why or why not. But think of all the $$$ you can make off Microsoft, think of the millions, you wouldnt have to work for the rest of your life.
it would be kinda hard to prove that he said anything sexual and you wouldnt know who it was

microsoft records the calls...or @ least it says "this call may be recorded or monitered" b4 they pick up
