How many of you guys here own the 360 Core and bought the HD along with it? I resently ordered my HD off of CircuitCity and it should arrive between the 23 and christmas. Now heres the question was the HD really worth it. This question goes out to all 360 owners.

definitly worth it, backwards compatability for Halo 2 is a big thing for me and you cant play old games without the HD. Its twice the price of the mem card and you get 50x the storage.

I have to agree with Quantum it isnt worth having unless you have the HD . Halo wont work with out it . Who doesnt play halo 2 hmmm listens didnt think so. Halo2 is a massive multiplayer game hrs of fun Owning knoobs on live haha . anyone wanna challange me * DeadlyWicked 1* is my gamertag Bring it .!

Yes it is worth it, also the fact that you can not even find the hard drive in the stores anymore. You can find the controllers and some face plates but not the hard drives.

Well thank god I was able to find my HD at CircuitCity then, oh and BTW Ill take your challenge deadly...

Well i had to buy a core on release and still cant find a HD, i am missing my old games especially Halo 2. I was even if i say so my self very good at the game and miss absolutely pwning Noobs :D. If u want to match with me add "Scotracer", also check the bungie site to see that i am a legit 34.

I have asked the manager of my local GAME store too keep a HD aside as soon as they get any in, but that could be anytime and how i miss Halo 2 :(

Yea I got the HD. It's superb. cept I gotta send my 360 in tonight so it's no use now for like a week til M$ repairs it.

Gamestation where i preordered my premium 360 phoned me today and said it was in, so tomorrow all i have to do is stroll in pick it up and then sell my core to my mate-FOR A PROFIT!!!.

So it looks like it will be halo on 360 very soon for me
