Xbox live....?

hey people, i just got my 360 and LIVE. I have xbox live gold now, but my problem is whenever i play an EA game, go to xbox LIVE,and agree terms and conditions, it automatically goes to the main menu and says " your EA account on xbox LIVE is locked.You will be redirected to the main menu. please contact customer support".I went to the EA website and that didnt help. anyone know what to do? By the way, it just about does the same on PGR3.

Is this a new account or one migrated from the original xbox?

Have you done an account recovery on any other 360? If so, that will sometimes lock up an account and you may have to recover it again.

i checked my account settings and i havent done an account on another 360

i have called everywhere and no one is helping!someone said to go to the silver membership because he thinks that i put my birthdate below 13 years of age, and if i change that to over 13, it might "unlock" it. NOW my problem is where is the silver membership?
