It's Broken now what?

Has anyone here had their Xbox 360 overheat or lock up. If, so did u send it back microsoft? How long did it take to get it back?

Ive seen a few people that had to send it back to MS, they called MS then they overnighted a box to the person. I think it takes about a week to get it back, not to bad. What happened to your 360?

Don`t use the email support hasnt worked for me.Mine developed the 3 red lights of death last week while playing PGR3.Emailed support still haven`t got a reply thats a week later.Went out and bought another while i find number to give em a ring :dong:

So far since getting my 360 on December 2nd I've had 2 moments where I turned the 360 on and got an error (E63) I think, however both times once I turn off and turn on again its fine.

Apart from that its been solid. :)

i sent mine back on the 16th of december, and just recieved it last wednesday. yea crazy ****. i could have been the holiday season, but idk.

Yeah it probably took so long because of Christmas and New Years. Sux it took so long though.
