I'm just going to basically use it for bragging rights.

"Yeah, I have a Diamond card... and what?"

Didn't any of you read the "Domain Squattors Tricking Xbox Live Users" report??

I called Xbox Live, and they said that they were looking into this potential serious situation, cuz whoever has this site, has access to everyones gamertags!! And Account information!!!

then how is it on xbox.com?

Molneze

Xbox.com is the legit one. Do not go to xboxlivediamond.com to register. That is the false site!!

but that's the one xbox.com links you to

Ok!!! Dude, Just READ IT FOR YOURSELF THEN. Again i say, go to the "Domain Squattors Tricking Live Users", post and READ it for yourself. I don't have the answeres.
Understand the keyword "TRICKING" in the title!!

Uh, what? I signed up for that, what is going to happen?!

EDIT:

I got an email on the 13th saying to sign up for my Xbox Live Diamon card today! Upon further reading, all the links say "http://communications3.msn.com/Key=32417.RqKf.C.DZ.GJ9XVJ" and the email is from "communications_XboxLive_csus@communications3.msn.c om".

Now, if they sent me an email to sign up for that today, do you think the site I previously signed up for was the xbox one, and not the scam?

If I did however sign up for the scam previously, what should I do?

they fixed the glitch, it was originally the link if u'd entered a gamertag that was taken, they've since corrected their typo. so just drop it already.

THE SCAM WASN'T A SCAM BUT A TYPO ON M$'S PART - IF U ENTERED AN ALREADY REGISTERED GAMERTAG and hit if u belive that someone else has registered your gamer tag it would send and u hit the email link it used to say support@xboxdiamond.com not support@xboxlivediamond (like it should have and now does) but if u didn't have that problem, then u didn't send ur contact info to the wrong site.
