trying to connect to xbox live and it says that connection can not be established...

Im On A LAN settings (ethernet)..Live worked perfectly with Xbox 1 but not working with the 360...anybody know wat the problem is?!?!?!?!

hey had the same problem i just called tech support and they walked me through it

Yeah your best bet would probably be Tech Support since so many little things could be wrong. I think there is a thread that showed a few different settings to look for, just do a search. Hope it works man.

who is your isp? you may have to power off your router or modem then connect your xbox then turn your router back on. and it will assign your xbox an ip adress.

As he says above, i called tech support with the same problem, and all they told me to do was, unplug my router for no less than 30 seconds, then plug it back in. This is so the signal can find the new connection.

when i was setting mine up it said my MTU was too low. but like stated tech support will help

yea i talked to Technical Support.....they help me fix the problem in no time...they told me to unplug the ethernet cable from the lan port for about 45 seconds...and now it workz perfectly...
