XBOX Online very slowwhen playing fifa 2006

i havent tried any other games yet but when playing fifa 06 it's very jerky and not smooth playing at all.

i have a 1mb line so cant see that being a problem as the upload should be ok. Anyone else had this or anyone know how fix it?

nobody else had any problems with connection being slow and very jerky?

it's a 1mb broadband connection and ran perfect on my old xbox?

Maybe its the way the game is hosted, just a little laggy at times. Does it happen a lot? The only games Ive ever had any problems with online is COD2 of course and maybe PGR3 a little. Its the other peoples cars that disappear for a split second so it doesnt affect me, happens very rarely though and hardly noticable. I havent played FIFA yet, not into soccer, but I have Madden and it seems great online.

I love football and to be honest FIFA 06 is quite a bad game compared to Pro Evolution Soccer!! (I dunno wot the U.S version is called). You should try and host a game, because it wouldnt lag if you were host, if your connection is good!! if it lags when your host, its you connection thats the problem!! You should play the Konami football game, althoug there isnt a 360 version yet, it is a better game, even the original xbox version is better than FIFA 06!

Football RULES!!! American football that is LOL. I was on Madden lastnight and it was kind of lagging. Sometimes pretty bad and other times not quite so bad but noticeable. Only times thats happened to me. 360RULZ do you have Madden?

Hmmmm, I'm not really sure what's going on with the lag problems for the X360 games. It's really pissing me off and I want to know WTF is going on and why I should have to pay for this sh*t. I play COD2 & DOA4 on XBL and they both experience unusual bad Lag problems from time to time. I'm using a 700kbs connection and Halo 2 and other original Xbox games play perfect without any lag problems.

There is a theory that the first person in a game lobby is the one who hosts the game but I dissagree. Xlive is all unified and the host is the game servers. I could be wrong about this but if anybody has any info on how it works exactly I would appreciate it.

Sadly theres no Pro Evo out for the 360 yet. Though I am very much looking forward to it once there is :D
